Hampton set up new branch(HongKong)
- [2008-10-6] Hampton set up new branch in Hongkong, it will be incorporated as SPE (Special Purpose Enterprise) to integrate Hampton ’s investment in mainland China . The new branch will invest USD 5 million additional in Nanjing and Chengdu to support Hampton ’s acquisition and mergers.

- [2007-12-19] Suzhou, 19th Dec - Hampton wins contract to develop customized “build & lease” factories for Guo’an Auto Testing Company in 11 cities covers whole Jiangsu Province. Hampton will invest in the land and property for Guo’an Testing Center with average $1 mil in each city in the coming 3 years.
- Hampton to invest $26 mil in an animation conceptual mini park in Nanjing, China
- [2007-10-14] Nanjing, 14th Oct - Hampton to develop a mini park in Hexi new area, Nanjing. The park will release 83,000 sq meters of high quality space to house about 8,000 professionals from Animation, BPO/ITO, R&D and IT industries. The expected completion date for the first buildings will be in mid 2009.
- Ground-breaking Celebration for ZTE Soft in Nanjing, China
- [2007-9-22] Nanjing, 22nd Sep – Hampton begins the custom-built buildings for ZTE Soft in Jiangning EDZ, Nanjing. The buildings will provide 33,000 sq meters space to house ZTE Soft’s R&D center and its Nanjing HQ. The ground-breaking ceremony was graced by Mr. Liu Handong, CPC Secretary of Jiangning District.
- Hampton to invest in a environment conceptual park in Nanjing, China
- [2007-8-25] Nanjing, 25th Aug - Hampton to invest in a 66 hectares environment conceptual park in Jiangning EDZ. The park will be developed in 3 phases, with its first phase comprising 10 hectares expected for completion by Nov of 2008. Full completion is expected about 3 years’ time, to support a working community of over 15,000 people. The park aims at building a platform for environment industry businesses (CDM, new energy, waste treatment, new technology etc.)
